Journaling
I slept well! My tooth did not hurt as much as I had thought. I did not have to take a pain killer. Yei! I did not dream, I think. I think it was a calming, sound sleep. It’s sunny outside and the park is blooming with light. The trees look skinny. Today, I will get myself a flower… and have something alive and beautiful to look at. I feel my tooth now, a little bit. I hope it stays like this. I am afraid that it will get so very bad again that I can’t sleep at all, that I can’t dream and that I can’t function. I don’t want to be on painkillers all the time, it kills the feelings, too. I am a little dizzy and my throat is sore. My eyes are not yet fully opening. I still struggle with moving right after I get up, my body is so stiff!
What I will do better
- I didn’t tell him when I returned his car to its parking position and he told me that he was slightly worried. If I borrow something from someone, I will keep them up-to-date about its fate – it would make be happy too. [checkbox ticked]
- I will continue working on my ability to answer and backcheck questions. I want to ask more proactively today what people mean when they ask me a question. [checkbox ticked]
Evening round-up
Today was a bit of a random day but a fun day afterall… I met with X and she told me about Y. I have to admit I find Y very cute. I’m going to tell him about it. Also need his opinion whether it’s appropriate to be interested in one of X’s friends – and maybe she’d even be interested in hanging with him and me. But first, I need to clarify, then approach.
Regarding my wanna-dos: Told X about my reading progress of the borrowed book and asked him in our talk repeatedly whether that was what he wanted to know and whether he wanted to know something else from me. He might have to go to Z around my birthday, kind of a shame, and he might not be able to join me on my travels afterall. I would have loved him there. But that’s still in development, so we’ll see.
In a bit, I’m going to the airport to collect him. I am really looking forward to seeing him!
